In-Salon Appointment Cancellations

To provide the best experience for all of our clients, we require a deposit and have a cancellation policy in place.

  • A 30% deposit (minimum of $50) is required to secure your appointment.

  • If you would like to move your appointment and have your deposit transferred, you can do so within one week of the original booking.

  • Cancellations or changes made within 72 hours of your appointment will incur a 20% cancellation fee.

  • Same-day cancellations or no-shows will be charged 50% of the service cost.

  • All services are non-refundable
