In-Salon Appointment Cancellations
To provide the best experience for all of our clients, we require a deposit and have a cancellation policy in place.
A 30% deposit (minimum of $50) is required to secure your appointment.
If you would like to move your appointment and have your deposit transferred, you can do so within one week of the original booking.
Cancellations or changes made within 72 hours of your appointment will incur a 20% cancellation fee.
Same-day cancellations or no-shows will be charged 50% of the service cost.
All services are non-refundable
