In-Salon Appointment Cancellations

Please note we do have a cancellation policy in place. All bookings require a $50 deposit, package services (excluding gloss packages) require a $100 deposit. Deposits are non-refundable if you cancel or reschedule your appointment within 7 days of the original booking.

Education Ticket Purchases

If you are unable to attend an education you have purchased tickets for, your ticket can be held as a credit and transferred to an upcoming event.

All ticket purchases are non-refundable. Tickets are transferable to other educations of the same or lesser value - this is reviewed on a case-by-case basis and at the discretion of the Company. At no time will the difference paid between a transferred education ticket be refunded to purchaser.

Private Education Bookings

All private education booking deposit invoices are non-refundable.

Remainder of invoice due 7 days prior to class - no refunds or date changes.

Minimum of 10 attendees required for interstate bookings unless otherwise stated.

Changes to number of attendees must be clearly communicated AT LEAST 7 days prior to the education date. If less attendees than original number quoted, the original quote withstands.

For example: quoted for 15 attendees and now only 13 can come. This must be communicated 7 days or more before the education date, otherwise the original quote for 15 attendees withstands.

A minimum charge of 10 attendees withstands for any education even if less than 10 can make it on the day.
